They develop client relationships through site visits, marketing calls, and exemplary customer service. Selling Branch Managers
If you have 3-5 years of combined sales and branch management experience in the staffing industry, we’d love to talk with you about how you can expand your experience, success and income. Our managers oversee operations and sales activities, as well as creating and managing forecasts and budgets. This position is an active selling position, responsible for business growth and account management. Branch Managers report directly to our president, and are considered business “owners” with decision making responsibilities and unlimited earning potential based on their success. If you have a proven sales track record and effective verbal and written communications skills, including proposal writing and negotiating we should get together for a visit. A working knowledge of labor and employment laws and exceptional problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills are essential.
